Administrator
The City Administrator plays a key role in overseeing all day-to-day operations of Mauston's city government. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and coordinating city activities and services to meet the needs of the community. Guided by the directives of the Common Council and the Mayor, the City Administrator keeps both informed about progress, results, and any challenges that arise. Additionally, the City Administrator ensures that the city remains in compliance with state laws, city ordinances, and council resolutions.
