The Public Works Department is responsible for the repair, operation and maintenance of the City's public streets, traffic control devices, sidewalks, park system, storm water & drainage system, water & sewer utilities, and waste collection. The Department administers a number of contracts with private sector firms for a range of goods and services that play an important role in effectively maintaining the City’s infrastructure.

Parks Department
Parks Department: The Parks Department is responsible for facilities, buildings & grounds maintenance, and trash collection. This is typically provided by hiring 3 seasonal employees during the summer and fall months.
