Angie has volunteered to serve as Market Manager and handle marketing, including the Facebook Page

Earlier in the month, Diane held a meeting of previous vendors and community members to determine the outcome of the Farmer's market moving forward.

Historically, the farmers' market served under the umbrella of the Mauston Chamber of Commerce. On March 1, 2024, the chamber will decommission.

During this meeting, it was decided, by majority vote that the vendors would like to continue to vend, that the location would be at Riverside Park on Saturday 9-2 May 4-Ocober 26

Vendors would like to remain as a primarily farm and crafters market, but are open to flea and other vendors as the space and venue lend itself to such.

Art, music and food trucks will continue to be invited.

During this transition, the committee ( open to further assistance) will structure and decide a strategic plan moving forward, your patience is appreciated.

Previous vendors will be invited to return to the newly structured market. Registration forms, handbooks and resources will be made available via email or on Facebook by March 1, with fees due no later than April 1st.

New vendors including nonprofits will find forms available on Facebook no later than March 1, with fees due by April 1.

Angie will attend online Farmers Market Managers courses.

It is the heart of the committee to see Mauston Riverside Farmer's Market continue it's history of supporting local farmers, crafters, and artists while fostering a diverse and family friendly venue.
