Mauston Cemetery

It is the desire of the City of Mauston to make the Cemetery in Mauston a quiet, beautiful resting place for the deceased. Anything which would mar the general beauty and harmony of the cemetery must be avoided. Peace and order must prevail, and the sacredness of the place be maintained at all times. It is to this end that these Rules and Regulations have been adopted.

All decorations should be removed by April 1st New or seasonal decorations may be placed beginning April 10th During this brief maintenance window, our staff will be working diligently to ensure our grounds meet the high standards our community deserves. Please note that any remaining decorations, particularly those that are damaged, weathered, or outside of season, may need to be removed as part of our maintenance process. We appreciate your understanding and participation in keeping our cemetery a peaceful and well-maintained place of remembrance.
